[04-2024] Node upgrade and downtime

Last week, we have been working on upgrading the node. This has caused a short downtime.
After the node was started again, all vps automatically came back online. However, the ports were not automatically forwarded. I have just executed a manual forward of all ports, so your vps should be accessible again.
If you are still experiencing any issues, feel free to create a ticket.

Due to the extended length of this downtime, we can compensate you by either extending your vps or by upgrading the resources of your vps. You can claim this by making a ticket.
